Dear Choir Families:
We were pleased to meet many of you and see familiar faces at the Meet The Teachers and Curriculum Nights last week! We shared important information about the BERKLEY CHOIR BOOSTERS and the financial and volunteer support that we provide to our 10 high school and middle school choirs! Your involvement is critical to the ongoing success of our choir programs! I have attached important handouts.
Join us at our first meeting -- NEW DATE!! MONDAY, OCTOBER 5th*, at 7:00 PM in the BHS LITTLE THEATER ; "Choir Parents" Kickoff 6:30 pm (prior to the general meeting). (Little Theater directions: enter on Sunnyknoll side, turn left and go down to the basement level).
"Choir Parents" - Please see the attachment about our new "Choir Parent" program. It is a great opportunity to directly support your student's choir and director - you can have a big impact without too large of a commitment! E-mail sueklunk@comcast.net if you would like to learn more - or turn the form into your teacher.

Sponsorships - The simplest way to support our choirs is a Berkley Choir Boosters sponsorship! Please see the attached form for sponsorship levels. Please send in your new or renewed sponsorship today - all sponsors are recognized in all concert programs!
Century Resources Fundraiser Oct. 3rd - 19th - Our students will again be selling these delicious products -- cheesecakes, pizza kits, and more. Please support our biggest fundraiser of the year -- so our students and choirs have the tools they need for a successful and fun year!
Financial Assistance - We have funds available to assist you with uniform/shirt fees (or other dress needs for performances). If you need assistance, you only need to let your teacher know (confidentially) and she will make arrangements with us. Please do not hesitate to make a request.
